Promoter Mrs. Rajni Seth Increases Stake to 5.52% via Transmission

My Money Securities Limited has announced an intimation regarding a change in promoter shareholding. Mrs. Rajni Seth, a promoter, acquired 1,37,050 equity shares through transmission following the demise of Late Mr. Govind Narain Seth. This acquisition increased her total shareholding from 4.70% (7,90,300 shares) to 5.52% (9,27,350 shares). The transmission is exempt from open offer requirements as it falls under succession/inheritance. This change does not alter the aggregate promoter group shareholding.
