Naapbooks Ltd. Submits Annual Report for F.Y. 2024-25, Announces Development of eNotary Platform

Naapbooks Ltd. has submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25. The company has been sending electronic and physical copies of the Integrated Annual Report 2024-25 and Notice of 08 Annual General Meeting to its members. Naapbooks Limited, Gujarat’s first BSE-listed startup, continues to drive digital transformation in finance and e-governance with certified, secure, and innovative IT solutions. The company has initiated the development of the eNotary Platform in collaboration with nCode Solutions (a GNFC company), which is currently under development with pilot testing planned before the close of FY 2025-26. Preparations for the international expansion of VizMan were also completed during the year, with the rollout scheduled for Q2 of FY 2025-26.
