NACDAC Infrastructure Board Approves AGM Notice, Director Re-appointment

NACDAC Infrastructure Limited's Board of Directors met on September 4, 2026, approving the Directors' Report, Annual Report, and Notice for the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Ashish Saxena as Whole Time Director and approved revisions to the remuneration ceilings for Mr. Hemant Sharma (Chairman & Managing Director) and Mr. Ashish Saxena, effective August 1, 2026, subject to member approval. CDSL was appointed as the remote e-voting agency, and M/s. Anu Malhotra and Associates as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
