Nagarjuna Agri Tech Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Sumit Sengupta as Whole-time Director, effective July 31, 2026, and approved the re-constitution of company committees. Additionally, the Board approved the Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and scheduled the 38th Annual General Meeting, including fixing book closure dates and appointing a scrutinizer for e-voting.
