Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd Adopts New Memorandum of Association

Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd has adopted a new set of Memorandum of Association, which was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The new MOA changes the object clause and capital clause of the company. The new objects include manufacturing, producing, processing, preparing, improving, creating, buying, selling, distributing, and more of various food and beverage products. The company also aims to engage in the business of setting up and operating Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), cloud kitchens, and food service formats, and to carry on business with digital commerce platforms, quick commerce partners, and food delivery applications.
