Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure will be in effect from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Training) Regulations, 2025 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Training. The designated persons and relatives of designated persons have been informed not to deal in the company's equity shares during the stated period.
