Nagarjuna Agri Tech Seeks Extension for Kathleen Confectioners Acquisition

Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd. has sought an extension to complete the acquisition of Kathleen Confectioners and Kathleen Food Private Limited. The acquisition, which involves the acquisition of 100% shareholding in the said companies, was initially approved in March 2025 and June 2025, and was further authorized by the shareholders in September 2025. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and procedural requirements, the completion of the acquisition could not be finalized within the stipulated time frame of January 31, 2026. The company is now seeking an extension to complete the process on or before March 31, 2026.
