Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window

Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial persons, and designated persons, as well as their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of fair disclosure, internal procedures, and conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending on 31° March, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
