Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd: MOA Altered for Renewable Energy Business

Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd announced that its shareholders approved an amendment to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) during the 42nd Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. The alteration involves inserting new sub-clauses 10(a) to (c) into the main object clause (Clause-III(A)). These new clauses empower the company to engage in the business of generating, developing, operating, and maintaining solar power plants and other renewable energy projects. This includes generating, producing, supplying, transmitting, and selling electricity from solar energy, as well as providing consultancy and research and development services in the renewable energy sector. The company also secured approval to acquire concessions and enter into contracts for the development and operation of solar power plants.
