Nahar Poly Films Q4 FY26 Revenue ₹171.34 Cr; Recommends ₹1.50 Dividend

Nahar Poly Films Limited's Board of Directors approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For Q4 FY26, the company reported a total revenue of ₹17,133.54 lakhs (₹171.34 crores). The total revenue for the full financial year 2026 was ₹72,903.31 lakhs (₹729.03 crores). The Board also recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (30%) on a face value of ₹5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Ms. Sakshi Maheshwari was appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel, effective May 28, 2026.
