Nahar Polyfilms Re-appoints Four Independent Directors

Nahar Polyfilms Ltd announced the re-appointment of four Independent Directors following shareholder approval at their 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026. Dr. Anchal Kumar Jain will serve a second term from May 25, 2027, to May 24, 2032. Dr. Roshan Lal Behl, Dr. Prem Lata Singla, and Dr. Rajan Dhir will also serve second terms, each for five years, commencing August 24, 2027, and concluding on August 23, 2032. The re-appointments are in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
