Nakoda Group Board Meeting on Aug 29 to Approve Annual Report

Nakoda Group of Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for August 29, 2026. The primary agenda items include the consideration and approval of the Notice of the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. The board will also fix the date, time, and mode for the 13th AGM, and determine the Book Closure/Record Date and Cut-off Date for e-voting. Additionally, the meeting will consider the re-appointment of Mr. Jayesh Choudhary as Executive Director and Mr. Pravin Choudhary as Managing Director, subject to member approval.
