Nalwa Sons Investments Limited will hold a Board Meeting on Friday, 13th February, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The trading window in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, was closed from 1st January, 2026 until the second trading day after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The trading window will re-open on 18th February, 2026.
