Board Approves Audited Q4 & FY26 Financial Results; Appoints Auditors

The Board of Directors of 532641, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The results were accompanied by an Auditor’s Report with an Unmodified Opinion from the Statutory Auditors.
