Nandan Denim Board Approves Audited Q4 & FY26 Results; Re-appoints Auditors

Nandan Denim Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The results were accompanied by an Auditor’s Report with an Unmodified Opinion from the Statutory Auditors. Additionally, the Board, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, approved the re-appointment of M/s. Talati & Talati LLP as Internal Auditor and M/s A.G. Tulsian & Co. as Cost Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27.
