Nandan Denim Ltd Closes Trading Window as per SEBI Regulations

Nandan Denim Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons, Connected Persons, and their relatives. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Insider Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these results will be informed in due course.
