Nandan Denim Re-appoints Jyotiprasad Chiripal as MD for 5 Years

Nandan Denim Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Jyotiprasad Devkinandan Chiripal as Managing Director for a further period of 5 years, effective from June 1, 2027, to May 31, 2032. This decision is subject to shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Mr. Chiripal, a commerce graduate with over 40 years of business experience, has been instrumental in the company's growth since joining as MD in 2017. He is also the father of the current CEO, Mr. Deepak Chiripal.
