Narayana Hrudayalaya Appoints B S R & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors

Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2027 until the conclusion of the 32nd AGM in 2032. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 27th AGM. The current auditors, M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, will retire upon completion of their second five-year term at the 27th AGM in 2027, as they are not eligible for re-appointment under Section 139(2) of the Companies Act, 2013. B S R & Co. LLP is a well-established firm with extensive experience auditing listed companies, including those in the healthcare sector.
