
Narayana Hrudayalaya's Subsidiary Infuses $2.5 Million in Cayman Integrated Healthcare Ltd
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulation 2015, Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd has informed that Health City Cayman Islands Ltd (HCCI), a wholly owned overseas subsidiary, has infused USD 2.5 Million in Cayman Integrated Healthcare Ltd (CIHL), a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of HCCI and a step-down subsidiary of the Company. This investment has been made by way of subscription to its equity shares equivalent to USD 2.5 Million, i.e., 250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of CIHL, each as fully paid, with the value of each ordinary shares being set at USD 10.00. The above-mentioned shares have been allotted by CIHL to HCCI on 12 September 2025 (Friday). With this investment, the total investment of HCCI in CIHL stands at USD 10,550,000.
