Narendra Properties to Invest ₹3.75 Cr in Two LLPs

Narendra Properties Limited's Board of Directors has approved entering into Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Agreements with M/s. Solidus Developers LLP and M/s. Sugal Earthen Spaces Developers LLP. The company will invest up to ₹3.75 crore in each LLP, which are engaged in real estate and property development. This investment is within the limits prescribed by Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. The company will hold a 35% stake in each LLP, acting as a partner represented by Mr. Chirag N Maher. The board meeting was held on August 5, 2026.
