Narmada Gelatines Announces 65th AGM on August 19, 2026

Narmada Gelatines Ltd has announced its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. The AGM will cover ordinary business including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a dividend. A proposed dividend of 110% (₹11 per equity share) is recommended for FY 2025-26. Special business includes the re-appointment of Shri S.
