Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd has approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in GSK Industries Private Limited. The acquisition will be made by acquiring 9,34,978 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 390 per equity share. The transaction is expected to be completed within 10 to 12 months.
