Sachin Modi has disclosed the acquisition of 2.52% shares in Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition was made via the open market. The total number of shares acquired is 36,230,000. This acquisition has resulted in a change in Modi's holding and voting rights in the company.
