Narmadesh Brass Appoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors

Narmadesh Brass Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of new internal and secretarial auditors following a recommendation from its Audit Committee. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 02, 2026, appointed M/s. M Rupareliya & Associate as the Secretarial Auditor and Ms. B. B. Gusani and Associates as the Internal Auditor. Both appointments are for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. These appointments are in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and relevant sections of the Companies Act, 2013.
