Natco Pharma Allots 1.7 Cr Equity Shares for ₹1,279 Cr Rights Issue

Natco Pharma Limited's Fund Raising Committee has approved the allotment of 17,058,082 equity shares at ₹750 per share, raising approximately ₹1,279.36 crore. This allotment is a continuation of the company's rights issue, which was approved by the Board of Directors on September 9, 2026. The paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹35.82 crore to ₹39.23 crore, with the number of equity shares growing from 17.91 crore to 19.62 crore. The rights issue price was ₹750 per equity share, including a premium of ₹748 per share.
