Natco Pharma Ltd. Approves Scheme of Arrangement, Incorporates Subsidiary in Nigeria, and Liquidates Australian Subsidiary

Natco Pharma Ltd. held a Board Meeting where they approved a Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Scheme involves the demerger of the Agrochemicals Business of the company into Natco Crop Health Sciences Limited. The company also approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Nigeria with an investment of up to USD 100,000 and the liquidation of M/s. Natco Pharma Australia Pty Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary in Australia.
