Natco Pharma Ltd. has sold clear and marketable titles of land admeasuring approximately 14.38 Acres in Telangana, India for a total consideration of Rs. 115.57 crore including certain infrastructure cost. The sale is expected to be completed by November 2024. The land being sold does not impact the company's business operations and does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking for the Company. The buyer's details are confidential and do not belong to the Promoter/Promoter Group/Group Companies. This transaction is not a related party transaction.
