National Aluminium Declares Interim Dividend of ₹4.50 per Share

National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) announced the declaration of an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share for the financial year 2026-27. The dividend amounts to 90% on the face value of ₹5 per share, totaling ₹918.32 crore on the paid-up equity share capital. The company has fixed November 6, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders. Payments are scheduled to be made on or before December 1, 2026. The Board also took on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, which showed a profit before tax of ₹2,471.34 crore for the quarter and ₹5,160.24 crore for the half-year.
