National Fertilizers Ltd Corrects AGM E-voting Cut-off Date

National Fertilizers Ltd has issued a corrigendum regarding the cut-off date for e-voting for its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The previously communicated cut-off date of September 14, 2026, was a typographical error. The correct cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for remote e-voting is September 15, 2026. Shareholders holding shares in physical or dematerialized form as of this revised date will be eligible to vote electronically. All other details from the earlier communication dated August 17, 2026, remain unchanged.
