National Fertilizers Ltd Holds 52nd AGM on Sep 22, 2026

National Fertilizers Limited conducted its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 22, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was attended by the Chairman & Managing Director, Directors, Government Nominee Directors, Independent Directors, and Company Secretary. Statutory Auditors, Lead Cost Auditors, Secretarial Auditors, and a Scrutinizer were also present as invitees. A total of 88 members attended, including a representative of the Hon'ble President of India. The meeting commenced with the National Song and National Anthem. The Company Secretary confirmed the quorum, and the Chairman called the meeting to order. The Notice convening the AGM, Board Report, and Auditors' Report were taken as read. Importantly, the Auditors' Report on the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26 was unmodified, and the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) made a 'Nil/Zero' comment.
