The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager, National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited, approved the matter in a meeting held on 19th March 2026. The Relevant Date for the purpose of the Issue is 19th March, 2026, and the Final Floor Price is Rs. 149.50 per Unit. The Bid/Offer Opening Date is Friday, 20th March 2026 and the Bid/Offer Closing Date is Monday, 23rd March, 2026. The Preliminary Placement Document has also been approved in connection with the Issue.
