
National Highways Infra Trust to Acquire Round 5 Assets from NHAI for Rs. 6,220.90 Crores
National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) is set to acquire Round 5 Assets from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in a related party transaction. The proposed acquisition includes two roads: Amravati-Chikhali-Tarsod and Gundugolanu-Chinna Avutapalli, with a total length of 310 kms. The enterprise value of these assets has been determined at Rs. 6,220.90 crores by the independent valuer, M/s Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP. The valuation report was prepared in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, and the circulars, notifications, and guidelines issued thereunder. The purpose of the valuation is for internal management analysis, disclosures to unit holders, and regulatory filings.
