National Oxygen Ltd Board Meeting on Aug 4 to Discuss AGM

National Oxygen Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 4, 2026. The primary agenda items include fixing the date, time, and venue for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The board will also consider and approve the Notice of AGM, Board's Report, and Secretarial Audit Report for the same financial year. Additionally, the meeting will address fixing the book closure date, appointing intermediary agencies for e-voting (CDSL/NSDL), and appointing a scrutinizer for the e-voting process during the AGM. The adoption of new Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) as per the Companies Act, 2013, will also be discussed, along with any other business with the Chair's permission.
