National Plastic Technologies: AGM approves key reappointments

National Plastic Technologies Ltd held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 21, 2026. Shareholders approved the reappointment of Shri. Sudershan Parakh as a Director, who retired by rotation. Additionally, C A Patel & Associates (FRN: 0014055S) was re-appointed as the statutory auditor for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 37th AGM until the 42nd AGM (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31). Mr. Arihant Parakh was also reappointed as the Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective from September 25, 2026, until September 24, 2029, along with his remuneration.
