National Plastic Technologies Appoints R. Balaji Ramanujam as CFO

National Plastic Technologies Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on September 21, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. R. Balaji Ramanujam as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect. Mr. Ramanujam is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience in finance, strategic planning, and compliance, including more than 15 years at Schwing Stetter India Private Limited. Additionally, Mr. Ramanujam and Mr. Arihant Parakh (Managing Director) were authorized as Key Managerial Personnel for determining materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges.
