National Plastic Technologies Sets AGM for Sep 21, 2026; Proposes ₹1.5 Dividend

National Plastic Technologies Ltd has announced that its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 21, 2026. At the AGM, the company will seek approval for a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date for determining eligibility for this dividend has been fixed as September 14, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration, by October 15, 2026. The meeting will take place at The Arihanth Hall, Madras Hotel Ashoka, Chennai.
