National Plastic Technologies to Close Faridabad Plant, Consolidate Operations in Puducherry

National Plastic Technologies Ltd. has announced the closure of its Faridabad plant, effective March 31, 2026. The decision comes as the plant contributes less than 13% to the company's total turnover and its net worth constitutes less than 15% of the company's total consolidated net worth. The closure is expected to result in a net decrease in turnover of approximately Rs. 20 Crs, but the consolidation and shifting of existing machineries will result in cost savings for the company. The plant's operations will be partially relocated to the company's existing Puducherry Plant.
