NSDL Sets AGM for Sep 22, 2026; Fixes Sep 11 Record Date for Dividend

National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) has announced its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST via Video Conferencing. The company has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for dividend payment. The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of ₹4 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
