NSDL Sets Record Date for Dividend Payment

National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) has announced the record date for the payment of dividend to its shareholders. The 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 22, 2026. The record date for dividend payment has been fixed as September 11, 2026. The Board of Directors had recommended a dividend of ₹4 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before October 22, 2026. M/s. Mihen Halani & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
