National Standard (India) Ltd Appoints Walker Chandiok & Co. as Auditor

National Standard (India) Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 17, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP as the new Statutory Auditor. This appointment follows the retirement of the current auditors, M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP, who will complete their second five-year term at the forthcoming 63rd Annual General Meeting. Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP will serve for a first term of five consecutive years, effective from FY 2026-27, i.e., from the conclusion of the 63rd Annual General Meeting up to the conclusion of the 67th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval.
