Natraj Proteins re-appoints Sharad Kumar Jain as Whole-time Director for 3 years

Natraj Proteins Ltd announced the re-appointment of Shri Sharad Kumar Jain as Whole-time Director and designated as Executive Director for a further period of three years, effective October 1, 2026. The decision was approved by the company's members at their 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026. Shri Jain, a promoter with a science degree and 39 years of experience in the Soya Industry and real estate, is responsible for general business activities and assisting the Chairman & Managing Director. He is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
