Natura Hue Chem Ltd Announces Un-Audited Financial Results for Q3 & Nine Months Ended on 31 Dec, 2025

The Board of Directors of Natura Hue Chem Limited approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 Dec, 2025. The results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and the Statutory Auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion. The revenue from operations stands at INR 2,712.44 Lakhs with a profit before tax of INR 182.82 Lakhs. The earnings per equity share (Par value Rs. 10 each) are INR 2.43 (Basic) and INR 2.43 (Diluted). The results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) as prescribed under section 133 of Companies Act, 2013.
