Natural Capsules Board Meeting to Consider Financials & Fundraise

Natural Capsules Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for August 12, 2026, to approve unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27, will now also consider a proposal for raising funds. The fund-raising could be through equity shares, convertibles, or other eligible securities on a preferential basis, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. The trading window for designated persons and their relatives remains closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
