Natural Capsules Subsidiary Allots Equity Shares Worth ₹11.12 Lakhs

Natural Biogenex Private Limited, a material unlisted subsidiary of Natural Capsules Ltd, has approved the allotment of 1,11,202 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par. This allotment, aggregating to Rs. 11,12,020, follows the right issue duly approved in a previous board meeting on May 27, 2026. The board meeting where this allotment was approved was held on July 10, 2026. This action is in compliance with Regulation 30(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
