Naturewings Holidays Board Meeting on July 27 to Consider ESOP Scheme

Naturewings Holidays Ltd has announced an updated agenda for its Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 27, 2026. In addition to previously intimated matters, the board will now consider and approve an Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) in accordance with SEBI regulations. This ESOP plan is subject to member and other necessary regulatory approvals. The meeting will also address matters previously communicated on July 20, 2026, which included the recommendation of final dividend for FY25-26. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the meeting outcomes.
