Naturewings Holidays Ltd. Closes Trading Window from 1st April 2026

Naturewings Holidays Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the year ending on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company's 'Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading' and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchange. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2026 will be intimated separately.
