Nava Ltd Subsidiaries Pursuing Overseas Mineral Explorations

Nava Ltd has been undertaking mineral explorations through its subsidiaries and step-down subsidiaries overseas. The current explorations include Magnetite mining by Maamba Energy in Mumbwa District, Central Province of Zambia, and Lithium, Amethyst, and Tantalum exploration by Maamba Energy and Sinazongwe in Kalomo District, Southern Province of Zambia. Nava Resources is exploring Manganese Ore in Tienko, Denguele District, Cote d’Ivoire. Commercial business can only be initiated upon completion of resource estimate and formation of mining plans, leading to Mining (Exploitation) Licenses. The company will provide supplemental disclosures upon establishing commercial feasibility of the respective minerals.
