Navneet Education Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Navneet Education Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the company by the Designated Persons, effective from 1st April, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial statement for the quarter ending 31st March, 2026 and annual audited standalone and consolidated financial statement for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated separately.
