Navneet Education Ltd & Subsidiary Get 3-Month AGM Extension

Navneet Education Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Indiannica Learning Private Limited (ILPL), have received a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) Mumbai-I for holding their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for FY 2025-2026. The original due date for both companies was September 30, 2026. The extension was granted under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, due to circumstances preventing the timely conduct of the AGMs. The ROC advised the companies to be cautious in future compliance.
