Navneet Education Limited (‘Company’) has applied to Fujairah Free Zone Authority, Government of Fujairah, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates for incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary by the name of ‘Navneet Global FZE’. The proposed date of incorporation is yet to be determined, and the company will be incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Navneet Education Limited (NEL) will hold 100% of the share capital of ‘Navneet Global FZE’, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The company is involved in manufacturing, trading, importing, exporting, distributing, and marketing of business school and office stationery products, other stationery products, and general consumer goods.
